The exact scope of work for each project is defined in a written project brief or proposal agreed upon before work commences.
All project quotations are provided in writing (via email or a formal proposal) and are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A project is considered accepted when the client makes an initial payment or provides written confirmation of acceptance.
Any changes to scope, features, or requirements after acceptance may result in revised timelines and additional costs, which will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before implementation.
All payments are non-refundable for work already completed. Payment methods accepted are communicated at the time of quotation.
Estimated timelines are provided at the start of each project. Timelines are contingent on the timely provision of content, feedback, and approvals from the client. Delays caused by the client may extend the delivery date accordingly.
We will communicate any delays on our side promptly and provide a revised timeline.
The client agrees to:
Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as outlined in the project proposal. Revisions are defined as modifications to the agreed scope. Requests that constitute new features or significant scope changes will be quoted separately.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for their project.

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing before project commencement.
We treat all client project information, business data, credentials, and communications as confidential. We will not share or disclose client information to third parties without explicit written consent, except where required by Kenyan law.
We warrant that all work is performed with reasonable skill and care. We will correct any defects in our work that arise within 30 days of project delivery at no additional charge, provided the defect is not caused by third-party changes, client modifications, or hosting issues outside our control.
We do not warrant that the deliverables will be free of all errors, or that third-party services, APIs, or hosting environments will remain uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, Rezotech Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data loss, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate an ongoing project by providing written notice. Upon termination:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available at https://rezotech.co.ke/terms.php. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
